Throwback Thursday: Beautician in the making!

This is a picture of me and my sister taken years ago! It just shows that I always had some interest in being a beautician or doing something beauty related!
From the cheeky grin on my face I must think I'm doing a terrific job but my sister's face tells a completely different story!! She doesn't look to pleased!

Tutorial Tuesday: Cupcake Pops!!

Heya Uguys 😊

Yet again another baking tutorial! I promise next week will be beauty related because Im no Gordan Ramsay and they're isnt alot of more things I can bake/cook!

Anyways, this week Im going to show ye how to make these yummy cake pops! I think these cake pops are such a neat idea! Sometimes, and I stress "sometimes", I do find cupcakes/muffins can be a little too much and you just want a lil treat! These are perfect and would be such a cute idea for any type of party! Anyway heres how I made them!

                      Yum!!

The receipe for the cake pops themselves are the exact same as the cupcakes I made for last weeks tutorial. So check out that tutorial to make the actual mixture and to get the ingredients for these pops! When the mixture is all blended and made, follow these few easy-peasy steps!

1.Once the mixture is made, spray a little bit of olive oil on the tray and scoop it up and divide it into the lil container like this one below that you can get at most homeware shop,at the moment anyways cause cakepops are all in right now! 😜

Fill it nearly to the brim. Make sure not to make them too full as they will overflow and your pops will turn into a messy, lumpy cake!!! Not cool!

2.Once you have all the dips full, cover it over with the top of the baking container .

3. Place in the oven at 180c for about 20 minutes.

4. Once cooked, remove them from the container and pop a lollipop stick in the bottom of each pop and leave them cool on a stand for 5 minutes. I didn't actually have a stand so I handmade one out of the box the baking tray came in, as you'll see in the final picture! I'm a genius!! 😜👓

5. Once you left them cool for around 5 minutes, its decorating time!! Again I used chocolate and sprinkles like I did for my cupcakes but you can use whatever you like!

And you're done! Yum yum yum in my tum!

My cake pops & fantastic stand!

Enjoy! 😊

Tutorial Tuesday: Yummy Cupcakes in 5 easy steps!

Hey Uguys! 😊
I'm going to start this section every week called "Tutorial Tuesday" just so my blog has a bit more structure and what not! Its going to be mainly beauty related tutorials but like my life anything can happen and I could just write about that!

Like todays tutorial! Everytime I go to a family get together or party I'm always asked to either bring my cupcakes or asked about them there and they really are the simpliest things to make so I said why not share it. So without further adieu.....my first tutorial: yummy 5 minute cupcakes 😊

Ingredients: 1:Cupcake mix
                   2:3 eggs
                   3:100mls of cold water
                   4:Half a bar of
                   cooking chocolate
                   5:Decorations of your
                   choice (optional)

Step 1: Empty contents of cupcake mixture into a large mixing bowl and stir until all this little bumps and lumps are gone!

Step 2: Create a hole in the middle of your mixture. Beat 3 eggs in a separate bowl and gradually add beaten eggs to the larger mixing bowl and knead it in with the dry ingredients.

Step 3: Once all 3 eggs have been added and you are left with a thick paste consistency, gradually add 100mls (3/4 of a pint) of cold water until your mixture is smooth.

Step 4: Baking part finito! Add this mixture into little cupcake dividers. This mixture makes about 9-12 cupcakes! Place them in the oven at 180c for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5: Decorating 😊 My fave part!! Once the cupcakes are baked leave them cool down for about ten minutes before you start to decorate them. When they are ready melt your cooking chocolate for about 1 minute in the microwave and swirl your cupcakes around in them to make them yummy and chocolatty!! Add sprinkles or any other desired decoration and you're done 😊
Enjoy 😊❤️

Miranda Hart in Dublin!

Hey uguys!
So I am currently lying on a comfy hotel bed in Dublin, relaxing after a great night of entertainment at the 02 Arena from Ms Miranda Hart!

The excitement began for this show when me and my sister bought these tickets over A YEAR AGO!! We bought them last year thinking they were for last march......duhh!! Oh well the show was definitely worth the wait! 😊

After a quick train ride where I passed the time by watching 'Frozen' (yet again!!) .....

....we arrived at our hotel. Didnt have much time to relax before I had to start the beautifying process for the night ahead! Goody Gosh I was excited 😊😁

When I had my face applied,we went to the 02 and after buyin a Miranda tshirt, bag, programme and pen(was having a fangirl moment!!),we went to find our seats! We were super excited when we sat down and saw how close we were to the stage! Let the fun begin!!!

My sister had previously read that she said when 'Reach for the stars' by S Club 7 came on, to dance and have fun!! So when that song echoed the arena, we were like 2 deers caught in the headlights and we were on the lookout for herself to appear! But it wasn't until after that song when we heard "I AM THE ONE AND ONLYYYYY" and we looked at the stage and there Miranda stood, hands and legs open wide shaped like a star, embracing the cheers that she so well deserved.

During the 2 hour show, she interacted with the audience as we were all invited to her cocoon party!!! 😜 She made us chant, gallop, sing, dance but most of all cry with laughter!

Although I love Miranda Hart, I didn't know what to expect going up to this gig as I am just so used to watching her on her sitcom through my tv screen! However she definitely exceeded my expectations and I left the arena hoarse from laughing, which I didn't even know was possible! I just want to go and see her again.....NOW!!!!!

Thanks Miranda for a hilarous night! Such fun! 😄❤️

Disney's Frozen

Hey uguys 😊
Well I finally did it! After days, weeks, hours of singing(roaring) my head off to "let it go" or the infamous "Do you wanna build a snowman", I finally saw Frozen.
I had the house to myself for the night so I decided to have a right ole pamper sesh! 💅

So I got me some face masks, new bright pink nail polish, marshmallows, some pink lemonade and anything else pibk basically I had to have a super girly night and to complete my first witness of frozen!

After my shower, I relaxed by the fire in my onesie ,pink lemonade in hand and coconut face mask on.....I pressed play! Within the first 5 minutes I knew I loved this film already, especially when I heard the words " Do you wanna build a snowman?!" I was hooked!

I highly recommend this film if you're a Disney freak like myself or even if you're not because I think it's not your typical boy loves girl, girl loves boy , girl gets in trouble, boy has to save girl and some way or another someone is saved by the life saving kiss kinda Disney movie!!! It's a very funny, heartwarming film with some good 'ole tunes thrown in there!
"LET IT GOOOOOOOO" ⛄️🎶❤️ This movie gets a 10/10 from me! Well done Disney 😊 you have yet to disappoint me! 👍👍

Oh and if anyone was wondering this is what I used on my nails for the girly night! Its seventeen's gel colour in 'Pink Flamingo'
